Southern Pines has a multitude of packages available for every couple's needs. We can't wait to work with you and we hope to be a part of your very special day! 

Only Birdies

The Only Birdies package is great for a couple who just needs a reception location for their big day. This package includes use of our tables, chairs and decor pieces.

Classy Bogey

The Classy Bogey package is the perfect set up for a couple that wants to have it all on one location. With this package you can have your ceremony in our beautiful outdoors and a reception in our grand facility.

A Hole In One

This is the ultimate package at Southern Pines for the couple who wants both their ceremony and reception at one location but also wants a little more. With this package the couple will be allotted more time for setting up decor on the venue and the option of having your rehearsal dinner in our reception room. The Bride may have portraits taken on the venue or an engagement shoot. If you are a Bride who is organized and only needs a Mistress of Ceremonies, this package includes that too! 

Wedding Coordinator Services

A wedding coordinator can be a large expense. However, here at Southern Pines, with Kathryn Howell as your wedding coordinator, you get a discounted rate. Depending on your preferred package, a 14-30 day advance notice is needed. This will insure a smooth and successful wedding.

Mistress of Ceremonies

I will help “day of” making sure your timeline is followed, vendors and guests know where to go and more. Plus, I will handle any hiccups that may occur.

Wedding Coordinator

This includes everything the Mistress of Ceremonies does and more! I will reach out 30 days before to help with final details and anything else to ease the last stretch.

Event Director Kathryn Howell

Wedding Planner 

This is a full time position. I do everything with you from picking your colors, contacting vendors, and helping you into your dress “day of”. I walk along side you in this beautiful yet stressful adventure from day one. Plus, being the venue director, I know all the best tips and tricks for this location:)
